Biocatalysts is comprised of 4 companies, headquartered in Cardiff (Wales, UK) and co-located in Nieuwkuijk (Netherlands), Tampa (Florida, USA) and Ascheberg (Germany). Brought together as an integrated Bioproducts Division in October 2023, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of BRAIN Biotech Group, based in Zwingenberg (Germany). We serve customers globally in markets such as food, baking, beverage and pharma / life science, with a view to “become and stay the world’s leading speciality enzyme company and by the quality and dedication of our people, exceed our customers’ expectations”.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proactively contact clients via phone, email, and letter to chase outstanding payments
• Monitor and manage the sales ledger and debtor reports, preparing and circulating weekly reports
• Liaise with relevant business managers to ensure that outstanding payments are followed up in a timely manager
• Liaise with relevant business managers and customer service teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth credit operations
• Issue debtors statements to customers, and deal with customer enquiries
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general accounts administration
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities including journal entries and accruals
• Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers, and actively manage existing credit limits and credit queries
• Monitor customer portals to ensure invoices are passed for payment and paid to terms
