CREDIT CONTROLLER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a B2B Credit Control position.
  • A motivated and target driven approach to the collection of outstanding debt.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent computerised systems skills (Intermediate + Excel skills)
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to reach individual and team targets.
  • The desire to continue in a Credit Control career path.

Responsibilities

CREDIT CONTROLLER ROLE OVERVIEW

Due to ongoing business growth and development, my globally operating client is recruiting for a proactive and results focussed Credit Controller to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a people focussed business who can offer a number of benefits.

CREDIT CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing individual ledger of over 500 accounts
  • Proactively chasing current and aged debt via telephone and email, ensuring prompt payments.
  • Working to individual revenue targets to ensure the efficiency of the overall team.
  • Reporting on ledger balances.
  • Management of any problematic debt, taking necessary action and escalating as required.
  • Query resolution regarding to billing errors etc, working with the wider Finance Team to resolve.
  • Support with cash allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
