We’re a Birmingham-based recruitment agency specialising in social housing recruitment, and we’re looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to join our internal accounts team. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Birmingham City Centre headquarters, supporting our growing operations team with a key focus on credit control.

• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Managing a diverse sales ledger across a wide portfolio of clients
• Logging detailed notes on our system, updating clients on outstanding debts, and arranging payment plans where necessary
• Performing daily bank reconciliations and cash allocations
• Producing bespoke reporting packs for key clients
• Building strong internal relationships to help resolve and escalate queries effectively
• Contributing to team meetings and supporting wider business goals
• Managing the full debt collection process when required
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
