REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holder (Finance background preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in credit control (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle debt collection.
• Service-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Able to manage difficult clients and resolve disputes professionally.Independent, fast learner with minimal supervision.
