THE DARE2DREAM FOUNDATION ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER TO SUPPORT THE FINANCIAL OPERATIONS OF OUR ORGANISATION.

The Dare2Dream Foundation support vulnerable children and/or young people on a 1:1 basis with the aim of enhancing their mental health and social, emotional wellbeing. We work in partnership with schools, local authorities and like minded organisations.

Responsibilities

The Credit Control Officer will provide an effective Accounts Receivable function to all areas of the organisation. More specific duties of the Credit Control Officer include:

  • Generating and sending invoices, liaising with customers
  • Controlling and collecting all revenues from various streams within agreed timescales resolving related queries as and when they arise
  • Implementing procedures to recover unpaid fees
  • Liaise with debt collection agencies when required
  • Maintain accuracy of the sales ledger, ensuring all processing and reconciliation activity is carried out
  • Investigate and resolve credit balances in a timely manner
  • General Finance Administration
