Evac is seeking a Credit Controller Trainee to join our dynamic finance team. Your Role As a Credit Controller Trainee, you will support the finance team in managing credit processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to decision-making. You will gain practical experience in accounts receivable, credit assessment, and treasury-related projects within a global company. Your responsibilities will include: Accounts receivable management: Monitor outstanding invoices and assess client creditworthiness Credit policies: Support the establishment and enforcement of credit policies to ensure smooth financial operations Credit limits & payment terms: Review and assist in adjusting limits and terms to mitigate risks Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues Reporting: Prepare credit and collection reports to support decision-making Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless credit processes Financial documentation: Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Treasury projects: Contribute to data collection, reporting, and compliance-related initiatives What Will Help You Succeed Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Analytical skills: Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaboration: Team player who can work effectively across departments Proactive attitude: Self-motivated, problem-solving approach Interest: Genuine interest in finance, credit management, or treasury operations What We Offer At Evac, you’ll be part of a global, sustainability-driven organization where you can gain practical finance experience and contribute to impactful projects.
