We are a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence in everything we do. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team and help manage and improve our credit control processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and manage outstanding customer debts.
• Proactively chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve queries.
• Assess credit risk and set credit limits in line with company policy.
• Prepare regular reports on debtor status and escalate issues as needed.
• Raising sales invoices and credit notes from our in house systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
