• Managing payment collection for a dedicated debtor ledger and issuing statements to clients.
• Utilising the ‘Get Paid’ Credit Control tool to follow up with clients, ensuring timely payments according to contractual terms and collection targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at both client and agency levels.
• Proactively identifying potential payment delays and escalating concerns to the appropriate individuals.
• Providing insightful debtor commentary for weekly and month-end reporting.
• Participating in weekly debtor calls with agencies to discuss the current status and address any challenges with key accounts.
• Preparing bi-monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Representing the team in client and agency meetings as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records and documentation
