About the role The Graduate Credit & Deals Analyst will support Finstro’s Structured Debt and Partnerships teams by assisting with deal coordination, credit-related administration, and stakeholder follow-up. This role is ideal for a highly driven graduate who is organised, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, a polished presence, and the ability to understand financial information and keep multiple priorities moving at once. Key Responsibilities: Support the Structured Debt team with deal administration, documentation, and workflow coordination. Assist the Partnerships team with partner onboarding, communication, and follow-up. Review and check deal information, financial documents, and credit-related materials for accuracy and completeness. Track action items, deadlines, and outstanding requests across internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and maintain records, trackers, and supporting documentation. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams. Assist with basic analysis and interpretation of financial information and credit materials. Help ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Escalate issues, missing information, or risks promptly. Experience and Skills Required: Recent graduate or early-career experience in finance, credit, lending, operations, or administration. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with credit, deal documentation, and financial information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional, presentable, and confident when dealing with stakeholders. Ability to understand financial statements and commercial information. Interest in structured debt, credit, commercial finance, or partnerships. Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to chasing tasks through to completion. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a driven attitude.
