• As part of a forward-looking succession plan, we are looking for a dedicated individual who will strengthen our Internal Audit team with expertise in credit matters, demonstrating professional competence and a sense of responsibility. 
• In this responsible position, you will independently conduct risk- and process-oriented audits in the credit sector. 
• They analyze business processes, identify weaknesses and risks, and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Their well-founded assessment of credit risks in individual cases is carried out professionally and with a high level of expertise.
• You prepare your audit results in a structured manner, present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, and maintain regular communication with the audited areas.
• As part of our team, you will actively support the ongoing change processes within the bank and contribute your credit-specific know-how to projects.
• Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to expand your examination scope to other topics according to your knowledge, experience, and interests. We provide the necessary flexibility and support your professional development.

You bring the following with you:

• They have a completed degree in (banking) economics or a banking apprenticeship with specialist additional qualifications.
• Thanks to your many years of professional experience in the credit sector or in credit auditing, you have sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Their work style is characterized by diligence, structure, and conscientiousness.
• They are characterized by their independent work style and team spirit.
• You impress with your strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
• You enjoy working with common IT applications as well as bank-specific software – ideally from the cooperative banking sector.
