Key Responsibilities · Apply account maintenance cycle for financial and non-financial modifications/ transactions. · Update the portfolio database on regular basis within the timelines. Carry out letters & certificates issuance (release letters, clearance & facility balance certificates, auto traffic renewals letters) according to received requests and deduct the identified fees. · Review the insurance policies related to auto loans and update all the related details. Carry out releasing of collaterals for secured facilities on system based on the given proper approvals. Execute early settlements on system in accordance with the approved matrix. Assist consumer risk collection in handling the reclamation of instalment from Sukuk & deposits for delinquent cases and send comments to all the concerned parties for any pending cases. Execute the manual withdrawal transactions and support retail risk collection to achieve the set target. Deal with delinquent and written off cases received by the Collection – Consumer Risk and Finance. · Check CBE suspense account to ensure maintaining zero balance in order to take the corrective actions. · Process the “Fast Track” workflow for priority customers. Work on received pending cases in order to be sent to the source for rectification before execution phase. · Prepare daily reports regarding the registered data of credit limit, loans and guarantees as well as the required MIS. · Prepare periodical reports on borrowers’ positions, interests and commissions of credit facilities. Report any problems in the system to IT. Execute UAT testing and review the results to ensure correct implementation. Investigate to solve received complaints in cooperation with Consumer Rights Protection – Compliance & Governance – in accordance with the policies and procedures and identified SLA. And any other assigned Tasks Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor degree Minimum Experience: Apprentice :0-1 years of experience Junior Officer: 1-2 years of relevant experience Officer: 2-5 years of relevant experience Senior Officer: 5+ years of relevant experience
