Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing credit risk, overseeing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.

  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk
  • Analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of clients
  • Establish credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
  • Monitor customer accounts and initiate collection processes for overdue payments
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure
  • Continuously analyze and improve the effectiveness of billing processes and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with local and international credit laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and financial institutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a similar role
  • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in credit risk assessment
  • In-depth knowledge of credit laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management and collections
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in financial software and credit management systems
  • Experience with hotel operating systems is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
