Credit Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Manager to join a highly regarded global FMCG organisation. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will take ownership of the end-to-end credit function while partnering closely with Sales, Commercial and Finance teams to manage risk, improve cash flow and drive strong customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Managing the end-to-end credit and accounts receivable function
• Overseeing credit risk, customer exposures, credit limits and payment performance
• Leading collections and working capital initiatives, with a focus on improving cash flow
• Managing customer deductions, claims, rebates, settlements, returns and disputes
• Partnering closely with Sales and Commercial teams to resolve customer issues and find practical solutions
• Driving improvements across reporting, processes, automation and finance transformation
• Preparing and presenting credit, collections and working capital reporting
• Leading, coaching and developing a direct report
• Acting as a key Finance partner across the wider business to strengthen controls and mitigate financial risk
