Credit Manager As our new Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel’s credit policies and ensuring timely collection of receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow. You will play a key role in minimizing financial risk, strengthening internal controls, and supporting the finance team in achieving overall business objectives. From monitoring credit limits to maintaining strong client relationships, you’ll contribute directly to the hotel’s financial stability and operational success. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Managing and monitoring all credit accounts to ensure timely payments  Reviewing and approving credit applications in line with company policies  Setting and controlling credit limits while minimizing financial risk  Following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring effective debt collection  Reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies with clients  Preparing aging reports and providing regular updates to management  Collaborating with sales and front office teams to ensure smooth billing processes  Maintaining accurate records of all credit transactions and documentation  Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and audit requirements  Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders What we need from you:  Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field  6–8 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or finance operations (preferably in hospitality)  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Good knowledge of credit control procedures and financial regulations  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines  Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel)  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  Must speak local language(s) What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
