  • Partner with Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership to balance commercial opportunities with prudent credit risk management.
  • Oversee credit policy, compliance, delegated authorities and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare Board and Executive reporting on working capital, debtor performance, cash collections and credit exposure.
  • Lead process improvement, automation and system optimisation across ERP platforms and workflow systems.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing national credit team while embedding consistent best practice across the business.

Profile

You are an experienced credit leader with strong commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving process improvement.

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Sound understanding of corporate governance, compliance and PPSR requirements.
  • Experience developing credit policies, controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience across multiple ERP systems.
