Automation across products * Digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs, new customer preferences * Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customer's needs. * Monitoring performance of Solutions * Better TAT     1. Process Management * Ensure uniform process * Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings ,optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency * Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. * Random Process Audits   1. Efficiency & Productivity Improvement. * Increase Productivity through internal process reviews * Technology intervention. * Efficiency Building through best practices in the market. * Productivity Tracking   1. Optimise Cost  * Contracts negotiations * Resource Rationalization * Automation   Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
