About the Role

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining a clean ledger and providing exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of customers located throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business-to-business collections and follow up overdue accounts.
  • Process credit applications and assess customer credit worthiness.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment or claim queries.
  • Allocate payments and investigate missing remittances.
  • Review credit reports and identify potential credit risks.
  • Partner closely with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prepare monthly ledger reviews and escalate high-risk accounts when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in corporate credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong business-to-business collections experience.
  • SAP experience and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience managing large customer ledgers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude.
