JOB DESCRIPTION Role Credit Appraisal ·         Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities ·         Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target by proper training ·         Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation Stock on Hire: Increase in volume of business ·         Ensure that SOH increases(pl confirm if this applies to CM role ) NPA trend ·         Analyze the NPA trend like area, industry, sector etc. ·         Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants. Infant loan which is less than 12 months NPA ·         Ensure qualitative portfolio
