About the job


This is a senior finance opportunity for an experienced Credit Manager who can balance commercial growth with disciplined risk management and working-capital objectives.

Reporting directly to the senior finance leadership team, the successful candidate will have significant responsibility for the organization's global credit, accounts receivable, and trade finance activities, while partnering closely with commercial and operational teams.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead global credit, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute-resolution activities
  • Establish and maintain credit policies, approval frameworks, and risk-management processes
  • Assess customer, country, and transaction-level credit risk
  • Provide expertise in international trade finance and structured payment solutions
  • Support complex transactions involving Letters of Credit, guarantees, bonds, insurance, and other trade-finance instruments
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to facilitate international business while managing financial exposure
  • Develop commercially practical payment structures that balance customer requirements and company risk
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurers, and export-credit partners
  • Provide senior-level guidance on credit decisions, receivables exposure, and working capital
  • Lead, coach, and develop an Accounts Receivable team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation


  • What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, trade finance, export finance, commercial banking, or a related field
  • Strong experience supporting international customers and cross-border transactions
  • Advanced knowledge of Letters of Credit and international payment mechanisms
  • Experience leading or developing Accounts Receivable teams
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Logistics, banking partners, and customers
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is an asset
  • Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent is an asset
