Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Credit Manager will lead a team of five experienced AR and collections specialists. The company is looking for someone with their Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation and at least 10 years of hands-on experience in credit, AR, and collections.
The main focus of the role is to oversee and support the day-to-day credit and AR operations—reviewing new accounts, keeping credit policies up to date, and mentoring the team. This role also involves regular communication with the sales team and vendors, so strong people skills and clear communication are key. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership and wants to bring both structure and support to a well-functioning credit team.
