Credit Officer / Junior Officer

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant UAE Banking – Credit experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree; CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Age: Up to 40 years

Credit Manager / Senior Manager

Location: UAE

Vacancy: 1

Experience: 8–10 years of relevant UAE Banking – Credit experience

Age: Up to 45 years

Key Responsibilities

• Credit appraisal and assessment of corporate/institutional borrowers
• Financial analysis, creditworthiness assessment & internal credit rating
• Credit proposal preparation, review and recommendation
• KYC / AML / AECB / CIBIL / due diligence checks
• Financial ratio analysis and risk assessment
• Pre- and post-sanction monitoring
• Credit documentation, sanction & disbursement processes
• Monitoring end-use of funds, repayments and account conduct
• Identification and resolution of stressed accounts
• Credit committee coordination and MIS/reporting
• Regulatory reporting and compliance with applicable UAE/India banking requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong UAE Banking Credit experience is essential Good understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking Strong knowledge of the UAE & Indian markets Excellent credit analysis and financial assessment skills Strong knowledge of banking products, international banking practices and regulations Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills Ability to train and mentor team members Arabic language skills would be an advantage Willingness to work across any branch/office within the UAE Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and current package.
