About the role: An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Credit Officer to join our team at Crown in a maternity leave cover capacity. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for credit review and debt collection. Parental Leave contract for a period of up to 14 months. Duties and Responsibilities Contact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment. Provide customers with required information to assist in resolving outstanding debts. Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and /or queries. Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts. Skills and Experience High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail What sets us apart?
