• At least 3-5 years proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• SAP (or similar ERP system) experience preferred
• Solid understanding of industry standards including basic accounting principles, credit practices, and client collection regulations and reporting standards
• Strong customer service mindset and sound influencing and negotiating skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot table
