Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Join a globally recognised brand and be part of a dynamic and supportive team where you’ll manage a diverse debtor’s ledger of approximately 550 customer accounts. Enjoy exciting opportunities for career growth and professional development while receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, perform duties to ensure the efficient and effective collection from, and maintenance of, Volvo Group Australia customers while adhering to company policies and procedures, set targets, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Collect, reconcile, and maintain customer accounts while meeting set targets and Days Sales Outstanding objectives
  • Perform credit limit reviews, manage credit insurance applications, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare weekly and month-end reports, customer statements, and maintain cash flow forecasts
  • Investigate and maintain dispute registers, liaise with internal teams, and manage debt collections through to full legal status
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including dealerships and banking teams
  • Identify opportunities to enhance credit processes and drive efficiency
