Description Axle Funding is a growing floorplan finance company seeking a Credit Processing Assistant to join our Credit Operations team at our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas. This position supports the processing and administration of auto auction floorplan credit lines for current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and experienced in credit processing, loan processing, UCC filings, or financial administrative support. Key Responsibilities · Review and prepare credit applications and supporting documentation · Process credit bureau requests and background searches · File and manage Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings including original filings, amendments, continuations, and terminations · Monitor PMSI notices and maintain proper collateral positioning · Maintain and update customer account records including contact information and documentation · Coordinate with field personnel, Credit, Compliance, and Collections teams to resolve open items · Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative and credit processing tasks · Support Credit Management with additional operational duties as assigned Requirements · High school diploma or equivalent required · Two or more years of administrative, credit processing, loan processing, or financial services experience preferred · Experience with UCC filings and lien processing preferred · Auto auction or floorplan finance experience preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced office environment · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Benefits · Competitive pay · 401k · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance · Paid time off · Opportunities for career growth within a growing organization This is a full time, in office position based in Dallas, Texas.
