About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We’re looking for a Credit Product Manager who’ll be the go-to person on all things credit. You’ll drive growth, improve funnel conversion and engagement, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain the best quality on all aspects of the product and customer journey.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setting the vision for new products and features, and understanding how they fit into our company goals
  • Building credit products with world-class customer experiences in mind
  • Defining, prioritising, and communicating short, mid, and long-term product goals
  • Ensuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiences
  • Creating a high-conversion funnel
  • Lowering the cost of customer acquisition
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction within the retail credit segment
  • Establishing reliable and reputable third-party partnerships
  • Ensuring zero tolerance of any compliance issue or breach of regulatory requirements

What you’ll need

  • Hands-on experience building products and/or features in retail credit
  • Expertise in new product design and user research
  • A passionate approach to customer experience
  • Broad knowledge of risk management principles
  • A detail-oriented, structured mindset
  • Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to prioritise features based on customer needs/wants
  • A deeply analytical approach and track record for making data-driven decisions
  • The ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
  • Fluency in English
  • Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
  • A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
