Loan Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor existing loans, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and manage loan renewals. Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as loan officers and collections departments, to ensure smooth operations. Key skills and qualifications Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, understand credit risk, and calculate financial ratios. Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
