About the Role: The Credit Representative plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial relationships between the company and its clients. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. * Proven experience in credit analysis, collections, or a related financial role. * Strong understanding of credit principles, financial statements, and risk assessment. * Proficiency with credit management software and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a credit representative or credit analyst role within a similar industry. * Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections. * Certification in credit management (e.g., Certified Credit Professional) is a plus. * Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound credit decisions. * Experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
