HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER

We’re looking for a dedicated Credit Representative to join AG Warehouse, in our shared services Finance team at our Head Office in Freshwater Place, Southbank. You’ll play a key role in our credit and collections functions, helping maintain strong relationships with our store managers and customer base — primarily farmers.

• Responding to customer queries about invoices via phone and email
• Building rapport with customers while following up on payments
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support collections activity
• Documenting collections activity and follow-ups
• Conducting credit risk assessments and enforcing credit policies
• Supporting sales teams to enable effective transactions
• Preparing reports on debtor performance and bad debts
