As Mano bankas rapidly expands, we are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with the Credit Risk Manager, who will provide full support. However, the main part of the role will focus on evaluating potential corporate credit lending. This includes financial analysis of clients, internal credit scoring, market and industry analysis (based on the client’s NACE Rev. 2 sector), proposing required covenants, and summarizing all findings and insights into reports for the Loan Committee. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Perform individual evaluations of corporate and large housing loans, including financial analysis, investigative assessment, and internal scoring; Assist the Credit Risk Manager in maintaining and updating credit risk policies and procedures; Coordinate the client monitoring process in line with early warning system requirements. WHAT WE EXPECT: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis of corporate clients; At least 2 years of experience in internal credit scoring of corporate clients (soft scoring and investigative evaluation rather than scorecard development); At least 2 years of experience across a broad range of sectors, with mandatory experience in transport, real estate, retail, and manufacturing; Practical knowledge of individual risk mitigation practices in lending within the banking sector; Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
