As a second line Credit Risk team, we are responsible for monitoring credit risk exposure, conducting credit risk assessment and providing guidance and support to the credit areas which execute credit decisions and manage credit risk on a day-to-day basis. You'll be responsible for Challenge credit business models to find enhancement opportunities Set up a report procedure to guarantee an efficient communication and influence regarding Nubank credit portfolio performance to enable Nubank’s sustainable growth Propose and monitor KPIs in order to explain changes in Nubank credit risk portfolio Understand financial metrics related to profitability/earnings and costs Experience in presentations to senior management to consolidate risk messages updates Review and challenge credit policies defined by first line Leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to manipulate and learn from data related to the credit portfolio.
