About the roleYou'll act as a proxy product owner for your topic area within an Agile Scrum/DevOps team, driving requirements through to delivery while working closely with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Financing & Risk, model owners, and IT. The team is currently under pressure to deliver against ECB deadlines, so you'll join a fast-moving, high-visibility roadmap. Dutch is not required, the team works in English.

• You will:Translate business and regulatory requirements into user stories for IT development
• Interpret and apply ECB regulatory requirements to platform functionality
• Support risk model recalibration and rating-related process changes
• Manage stakeholders across risk, financing, and IT functions

• About youStrong Business Analysis experience
• Functional understanding of credit risk and/or corporate lending
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment
