Join our team and gain hands-on experience in operations while having the chance to impact our business and the environment positively. 💥 Finance Associate We are seeking a detail-obsessed Credit Risk & Receivables Officer to join our team and keep our credit quality and collections in top shape. This role blends analytical credit underwriting with hands-on receivables management, ensuring we approve the right customers, reduce risk, and maintain healthy cashflow. The primary focus of this position is to evaluate and finalize leasing applications, continuously improve our credit risk assessment policies, and support timely collections through clear, professional communication. Key Responsibilities Evaluate creditworthiness of leasing applications through analysis of financial data, credit checks, and supporting documentation. Review, assess, and finalize leasing applications, including approvals, rejections, or counter-offers, in line with company policies. Brainstorm, discuss, fine-tune, and implement new ideas for innovative credit risk assessment policies. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address payment inquiries, ensure timely collection of overdue payments, and negotiate payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of credit assessments, collection activities, and client interactions. In particular, we are looking for: BSc in Finance, Economics, or an alternative quantitative background. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft Excel and an ERP system will be considered an asset. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
