Description

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Assessing the creditworthiness and financial strength of counterparties
Performing financial and credit analysis across oil and energy companies
Monitoring counterparty exposure, limits and utilisation
Making credit recommendations and supporting credit approval processes
Working closely with Traders and commercial teams on new transactions and counterparties
Identifying and escalating emerging credit risks
Supporting the management of collateral, guarantees and other credit support
Producing credit analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders
Contributing to the ongoing development of credit risk processes and frameworks
What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in Credit Risk / Counterparty Credit Risk
Strong experience within oil, energy or commodity markets
Excellent financial analysis and credit assessment skills
Understanding of counterparty exposure and credit limits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
Fluent German and English
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with Trading and commercial teams
