KISH BANK IS SEEKING A DETAIL-ORIENTED AND HIGHLY ORGANIZED CREDIT SERVICES COORDINATOR TO SUPPORT THE EFFICIENCY, CONSISTENCY, AND QUALITY OF OUR CREDIT ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS. THIS ROLE PLAYS AN IMPORTANT PART IN COORDINATING WORKFLOW ACTIVITIES, MAINTAINING CRITICAL CREDIT-RELATED INFORMATION, AND SUPPORTING LENDING AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT PROCESSES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE ENJOYS KEEPING PROCESSES ORGANIZED, INFORMATION ACCURATE, AND TEAMS ALIGNED BEHIND THE SCENES. WHAT YOU'LL DO WORKFLOW COORDINATION & CREDIT PROCESS SUPPORT * Coordinate and monitor workflow assignments for Credit Analysts to support timely completion of reviews and requests. * Review credit-related workflows for completeness, consistency, and alignment with established requirements. * Identify missing information or workflow gaps and facilitate follow-up with appropriate stakeholders. * Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance workflow efficiency and operational consistency. * Maintain a working knowledge of banking regulations, lending practices, credit terminology, and internal procedures. CREDIT ADMINISTRATION & DATA MANAGEMENT * Maintain and update key internal reference lists and approved third-party provider information, including builders, attorneys, contractors, and related vendors. * Ensure departmental information is accurate, organized, and readily accessible to support effective decision-making. * Assist with maintaining consistency across credit administration documentation and processes. PORTFOLIO SUPPORT & RESEARCH * Research account activity, payment history, and supporting background information related to collection or portfolio follow-up efforts. * Support lending and credit teams by gathering, organizing, and preparing information for reporting, follow-up, audits, examinations, or resolution efforts. * Assist with information readiness and quality control during examination and audit activities. * Collaborate across departments to help resolve workflow or process-related issues. * Contribute to departmental initiatives and operational enhancements as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1–3 years of administrative, banking, lending support, credit administration, loan operations, or office coordination experience preferred. * Previous banking or financial services experience strongly preferred. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is primarily office-based with moderate standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
