This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of four and partner with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class credit services. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Collections processes within M3. Oversee trade credit insurance policy, including claims submission and credit exposure risk mitigation. Review and set customer credit limits, and conduct credit assessments for new applications across the group. Manage relationships with third-party mercantile agents, solicitors, and credit bureaus for debt recovery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across credit operations and related systems. About You Experienced leader with managing Credit or Accounts Receivable teams in a complex and fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of credit-related laws, policies, and processes, including trade credit insurance. Skilled in stakeholder management and able to build collaborative relationships across Finance, Sales, and IT. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills; FMCG or retail experience is highly desirable.
