We would like the candidate to be a specialist lead in credit field to serve Japanese market for growth in credit business opportunity through collaboration with local and global professionals both internally and externally. The candidate will handle facultative reinsurance, treaty reinsurance and other alternatives for credit related risks, emanating from credit insurance, structured credit, construction bonds, legal bonds, political risk insurance, export credit insurance, project finance and financial guarantee. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for ongoing servicing of allocated clients for credit (trade and structured), bond and political risk business (treaty and facultative) Build strong relationship with the relevant reinsurers to develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions Work in conjunction with specialty professionals within Aon, located across London, Singapore and other key markets to place business on behalf of designated clients Engage with prospects at all levels to drive new business from insurers and other credit risk carriers Work collaboratively with Aon Group Japan colleagues locally across analytics, banking, treaty and facultative to give best advice to clients and prospects TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Understanding and experience in handling credit related risks (ideally from international perspective) Preferably 5- 10 years of experience in a bank sector and/ or (re)insurance industry Preferably understanding and experience in building trust in relationship with the relevant reinsurers.
