We are looking for a credit specialist (m, f, d) as Credit Specialist (Lombard, Mortgages,Loanes) Aufgaben Review, evaluate, and approve complex loans in the areas of Lombard loans, mortgages, and structured loans within the scope of lending competence / Make independent credit decisions and determine conditions and terms and conditions for borrowers / Ensuring that credit approvals always comply with internal guidelines, default probabilities, and regulatory requirements / Responsible for creating uniform credit guidelines across the entire banking group / Monitoring regulatory requirements imposed by the authorities and continuously adapting credit guidelines / Ongoing training of front-line units in the area of complex loans and risk minimization / Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's in Banking and Finance or Economy / AZEK, CFA, or MAS, CAS certification / Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of credit / Professional experience in international lending (Lombard loans or mortgages) / Professional experience in analyzing and evaluating credit / Professional experience in the further development of credit processes and credit products / IT flair and confident use of banking software and credit management tools / Analytical, team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge / Interest in risk management and evolving regulatory requirements / Confident use of MS Office (Excel and PP) / German and English.
