Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Supervisor to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our credit department, overseeing credit evaluations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Lead and supervise a team of credit analysts, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimise financial risks Analyse complex credit applications and make informed decisions on credit approvals Monitor and evaluate the credit portfolio, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth credit operations and resolve any issues Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports to senior management Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in credit management Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to team members Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in credit management or a similar role Proven track record in team leadership and supervision Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial information Excellent knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment techniques Proficiency in financial analysis and credit evaluation Familiarity with credit management software and Microsoft Office suite Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CCP - Certified Credit Professional) is preferred Understanding of Vietnamese financial market and regulations is advantageous Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is essential Additional Information What awaits you...
