• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, market standards, policies and procedures and key challenges for commercial lending
• Experience into industry and / or credit transformation projects
• Insights and knowledge of technology solutions and vendors for lending
• Credit Assessment and analysis knowledge for commercial lending and / or a specific segment or product
• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
• Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Manager in the FSRM team, you will be leading EY services in the market through business development, project planning and high-quality project execution. You will be leading projects relating to:

• Transformation of business and/or operating models, digitalization of processes and methods, as well as development and implementation of comprehensive strategic approaches.
• Design of sustainable approaches and procedures in the context of Sustainable Finance and Climate Risk Management.
• Analysis, development, and optimization of the organizational structure and processes, increasing the viability and profitability of the lending business within a balanced and comprehensive risk/return consulting approach.
• Consulting for the implementation of regulatory requirements into the existing business, organization, and system structure.
• Consulting for technology solutions to support the lending business (eg LOS, data management, collateral management, limit management etc.)

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• 5-10 years or more relevant experience in commercial lending (business or risk or consulting)
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or equivalent preferred
• Industry related certification is a plus (e.g., FRM, SCR, CFA)
