JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Creditors Clerk.
In addition, this role will be creditors support to the Financial Manager and other members of the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Matric or NQF4 equivalent
· Minimum Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma in Finance advantageous
· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Creditors Clerk / Cashbook Clerk in a medium to large scale organization. National accounts experience advantageous
· Experience in the hospitality sector advantageous
· Experience working on Sage - Evolution Account Package
· Some who works well under pressure
· Excellent time management skills.

· Review monthly expenses and compile reports
· Reconcile monthly bank statements against creditors payments
· Capturing of invoices
· Ensure all payments are supported by relevant documents
· Accounts Payable
