As an Assistant supporting our team of five Credit Analysts, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and update customer files for the credit application process
• Collaborate with the Credit Analyst to ensure smooth workflow
• Enter, update, and retrieve information related to credit applications
• Assist in reconciling credit files and identifying discrepancies in data and maintain accuracy
• Communicate with commercial colleagues and affiliates
• Be in contact with our credit insurance partners
• Resolve administrative inquiries promptly
• Contribute in the first steps of credit analysis

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business related fields or experience in a finance domain. Starters are definitely welcome!
• Interest in financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• Attention to detail
