• Operate ice cream machines and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and serving ice cream products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote additional sales.
