WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

The Warehouse Site Supervisor will manage the daily supply chain process from customer order through to the completion of the customer’s request, ensuring optimization of both the customer’s expectation and Quatius’ profitability.
Through the day to day running of the operation and monitoring of best practice approaches within the industry, the Warehouse Site Supervisor will also be integral as part of the operations team in developing strategic short to long term direction through to implementation with the goal of continual improvement of customer satisfaction objectives, ultimately maximizing the company’s profitability and efficiencies.

CERTIFIED FORKLIFT OPERATOR WITH EXPERIENCE HANDLING HIGH-REACH

1. Supervise Daily Operations:
   o Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including
   receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
   o Ensure that all warehouse processes are executed efficiently and in
   accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Inventory Management:
   o Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control
   measures.
   o Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile
   discrepancies.
3. Team Leadership:
   o Lead and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and
   performance targets.
   o Provide training, guidance, and support to warehouse staff, fostering a
   positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Communication and Coordination:
   o Collaborate with other warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure
   seamless communication and coordination of activities.
   o Communicate any delays or issues with orders to relevant stakeholders.
5. Quality Control:
   o Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy and
   integrity of all products.
   o Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.
6. Safety Compliance:
   o Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
   o Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant
   regulations and guidelines.
7. Equipment Maintenance:
   Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of
   warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and pallet jacks.
8. Performance Monitoring:
   o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to
   management.
   o Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse
   efficiency and reduce operational costs
