Description Brief: The 'Crew Administrator' at Scenic Ocean Cruises is responsible for managing all financial and administrative matters related to the crew on board the ship. This includes handling crew accounts, payroll, and welfare finances, ensuring accurate and timely processing. The role also involves preparing and managing crew documentation for immigration and clearance, maintaining crew files, and facilitating crew medical debarks and travel arrangements. The Crew Administrator supports the Hotel Purser in providing a professional financial service and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition to financial duties, the Crew Administrator oversees crew welfare, acting as the treasurer for the Crew Welfare Fund and participating in welfare meetings and activities. They ensure all crew-related documentation is up to date and manage crew berthing inventory.
