  Summary: You will be managing emergency water damage projects and responsible for maximizing profitability and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This includes setting up appropriate equipment and perform demolition of building materials affected by water and fire damage, pack out contents and personal property of customers’ homes, complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work performed, on call rotation for nights and weekends required, must be flexible with schedule and willing to work longer hours during busy seasons.   Responsibilities: * Manage a team of technicians to oversee a job project to completion.  * Responsible for ensuring that your team is following SOP’s, maintaining safety, quality, and a professional image.  * Conduct a clean and precise demolition using hand and power tools * Document drying progress using state-of-the-art moisture meters * Communicate with In-Home Sales Specialist additional services not captured on job ticket.  * Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites. MUST follow all state traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety. * Completion of all applicable compliance tasks in DASH on a daily basis. * Strong attention to detail to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service.   Qualifications * Highschool diploma or equivalent required * Have an attitude of continued improvement and willingness to help others * 3+ years of experience related to the construction, plumbing, water mitigation and/or carpentry. * Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restoration industry.  * Hold an IICRC/WRT certification in water damage or mold remediation. * Valid driver’s license. * Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.   Physical requirements: * Ability to lift 50+ pounds. * Bending, twisting and entering crawl spaces.  * Climbing or use of ladders. * Exposure to harsh environments that requires the use of PPE (masks, hard hats, proper clothing, etc.).
