Job Title: Crew Coordinator Location: Bristol, BS1 2BD Onsite/Hybrid: Onsite for 3 months, Hybrid following probation Right to Work in the UK – we are unable to sponsor a visa for this position Applicants must have the current legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. We are now seeking a Crew Coordinator — an organised, proactive professional who thrives on solving logistical challenges and keeping global operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating people across borders, managing travel logistics, and ensuring every offshore project has the right talent in the right place at the right time, this role could be a perfect fit. What you’ll do: Crew Coordination Ensure manning requirements are met across international assets. Check crew availability and assemble operational teams to meet project timelines. Coordinate crew changes and work with external crew management partners to manage deployments. Crew Administration Verify compliance for offshore working conditions in each operating country. Keep all crew documentation up to date, including signed job descriptions and other relevant documents. Maintain accurate records and collaborate closely with the team to ensure data integrity. Communication & Liaison Act as a key point of contact between department heads, rig managers, project teams, and external crew managers (external service provider). Provide regular status updates and proactively address any crewing challenges. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and smooth crew mobilisation. Recruitment Recruit crew members for assigned assets, ensuring each project has the right people on board. Post job adverts, manage applications, and track the recruitment process through to onboarding. Transfer recruitment files to crew managers for contracting and follow-up. Who We’re Looking For: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels. Strong cultural awareness and the ability to build relationships with crew, project managers, and colleagues from diverse nationalities. Excellent organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential), Word, and PowerPoint.
