Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Operations and Service Delivery Shift Adherence: Strictly follow assigned shift schedules to ensure the outlet is always ready to serve our guests. Drink and Food Preparation: Handcraft beverages and prepare food items according to Santan’s standardized recipes. Quality Control: Ensure all food and drinks served meet our Premium Quality promise in both taste and presentation. Stock Management: Proactively monitor and replenish food stocks and supplies to ensure zero downtime during peak periods. Hospitality Excellence: Deliver Best-in-Class service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a seamless, friendly checkout experience. 2. Cleanliness and Food Safety Hygiene Standards: Maintain a Clean as You Go policy. Execute daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the outlet, equipment, and workstations. Food Safety: Strictly adhere to Food Safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest wellbeing. 3. Teamwork and Brand Ambassadorship One Team: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve outlet goals; we win together and support each other during high-pressure moments. Brand Representative: Act as a proud ambassador of the brand, upholding our reputation through professional conduct and a positive attitude. Operational Flexibility: Adapt to business needs, including the flexibility to be transferred to different outlets or assist in different zones as required Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Having prior F&B experience is a star point for your application, but fresh graduates with a hospitality background are more than welcome to apply. Mindset: Must have a strong willing to learn attitude and a beginner mindset. You should be resilient and able to work effectively under pressure. Health Prerequisites: Must have completed the Typhoid Jab prior to your start date. Food Handler Training (FHT): Must be willing to attend FHT training, which will be provided by the company within the first month of joining. Availability: Must be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
