  You will be leading our core banking engineering and integration, responsible for Bankwest’s Core Product System and related service layers as they evolve through our digital transformation. Our Crew Tech Leads are curious and collaborative leaders providing expert strategic technology advice to the business. In line with our broader tech strategy, you’ll define the technical roadmap and oversee the delivery of outcomes. You’ll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical solutions, enabling autonomous delivery at pace. An experienced people leader you’ll foster a tech culture of continuous improvement whilst creating an open, safe and collaborative environment for your teams.

• Are BIG thinkers with future visions to inspire and excite both their teams and stakeholders. Who love to keep evolving the customer’s digital experience and influence the future digital direction
• Have a demonstrable understanding of enterprise data standards, application modernisation and reference architecture
• Are Perth based.
