JOB SUMMARY

Village Green Event Rentals is hiring a Full Time Crew Leader for our local and thriving rental company. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30a-5p with an occasional Saturday or Sunday (working weekend is not a requirement). Our Crew leader will lead a small crew (2-4 members) in executing the delivery, set-up, take-down and pick-up of orders around the Greater Victoria area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience Driving Box Trucks
• Experience loading and unloading trucks with large loads
• Experience pulling a trailer
• Experience working in Customer Service
• Able to lift and move 50lbs
• Clean valid Drivers License
• Experience in marquee tents and asset but not a requirement

• Crew lead on delivery and pick up of inventory as ordered
• Crew lead on marquee tent set up and take down
• Preparing orders for deliveries
• Cleaning and repair of inventory
• Returning inventory to proper place of Storage
• Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace in Warehouse
• Training of crew team members
